Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our online tutoring services. We collect personal information to provide and improve our services, and we do not share your information with third parties except trusted service providers. We maintain the security of your data and you have the right to review, update, or delete your information at any time.

Payment & Cancellations Policy
We offer an introductory rate for the first tutoring session, followed by the option to purchase packages of 3 to 4 sessions. Payments are accepted via interac transfer to admin@acingstem.com, with billing disputes addressed promptly upon contact.
Refunds are granted rarely and only in exceptional circumstances, subject to the discretion of the administrative team. Students must notify tutors at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for sessions. Remaining hours from purchased packages can be used towards other courses.
